While a large portion of our business focuses on commercial, wholesale, custom fabrication, and special-order projects, we also maintain a growing selection of in-stock products available for direct-to-consumer purchase with fast fulfillment.
We believe buying online should feel low-risk and straightforward — especially when purchasing premium products.
In-Stock & Ready-to-Ship Items
Most in-stock orders ship within approximately 2 business days, with delivery typically occurring within 7 business days depending on destination and carrier transit times.
Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns
We proudly offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy on eligible regular-priced in-stock items purchased directly through our website.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help arrange the return.
For eligible returns:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
- Any visible damage
We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, parts shipment, or refund where appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Bank processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.
Refused Shipments & Invalid Addresses
Orders refused without authorization or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may be subject to:
