Commercial, Wholesale & Project Orders
Commercial projects, wholesale transactions, custom fabrication, special-order products, oversized freight shipments, and large installations may require:

- Delivery appointments
- Signed approvals and acknowledgments
These orders are often governed by separate:

Freight Deliveries

Customers are responsible for:

- Inspecting freight deliveries upon arrival

Shipment Inspection
Customers should inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
If damage is discovered:
- Photograph the packaging and product
- Retain all original packaging materials
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery
Failure to report freight damage promptly may limit available carrier claims.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Retro Industries Inc is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Delays caused by address errors
- Returned shipments due to failed delivery attempts
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Risk of Loss
